Managing stress, improving relationships with others, building compassion, presence, gratitude and peace: this is just a tiny handful of the benefits of meditation.

I have a variety of creative methods that I use which include breathing techniques and visualisations; so even when meditation may not come easily, I have confidence we can find something that works for you.

Recently, I have collaborated with Chelsea & Westminster Hospital, London to create a series of meditations for their online wellness platform, especially designed for staff during this challenging period.
